Product Introduction:
Low pressure continuous conveying pump is designed with Roots blower as the power source, specifically for short conveying distances and continuous conveying conditions. Under the working conditions of conveying equivalent distance of generally 300m, vertical climbing height of 30m, powder density of 1.2, fineness of 60 mesh, moisture content of 5%, and high instantaneous temperature of 250 ℃, the large conveying capacity of 60t/h is suitable for single or multi-point discharge. The device has a long service life, low operation and maintenance costs, small size, low installation height, few devices, simple operation and control, low investment, and reliable system operation. Widely used in industries such as mining, building materials, coal, and chemical.
Technical advantages:
1. The operating energy consumption is over 40% higher than that of the air compressor system, and the system operates without frequent valve movements, resulting in lower conveying flow rates and less wear on pipeline elbows.
2. The low-pressure continuous conveying pump adopts a unique design, and the powder contact area is treated with wear-resistant treatment, which has good air locking function and wear resistance.
The flow velocity difference generated by the Roots blower allows the material gas to be fully mixed and enter the conveying pipeline in a completely suspended state, greatly improving the powder conveying effect.

working principle:
The gas conveying system utilizes the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow, combining fluidization technology, jet technology, and pressure difference principle. The electric rotary feeder is used as the feeding device to evenly feed the material into the material gas mixing chamber. During fluidization, the high-speed airflow generated by the Roots blower sends the material into the acceleration chamber, and the suspended flow enters the conveying pipeline and is conveyed to the receiving bin. After material gas separation, the powder falls into the receiving bin and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere, thus achieving the purpose of powder material conveying.
